Oil Tanker Explodes At Filling Station Near Lagos Airport

An oil tanker has exploded at Forte Oil filling station found near the local air terminal in Lagos State.

Sources from the airplane terminal affirmed this to Channels Television on Friday not long after the episode happened.

The blast which happened when the tanker was releasing its substance has brought about an enormous burst at the office.

Stations Television aeronautics reporter said authorities of the fire administrations have moved in to contain the inferno.

In any case, it is yet to be found out if there are losses because of the occurrence.

The air terminal itself, directly over the street, has not been influenced by the fire.

The episode has caused a gridlock in the Ikeja pivot of the state.
