Robert De Niro and Wife Grace Hightower Split "Breaks-up" after 20 years Together

American Hollywood actor, Robert De Niro, and Grace Hightower have been reported to have put an end to their 20 years relationship.

According to Page Six, sources who are close to the lovers stated that the actor is no longer staying with his wife or their seven-year-old daughter Helen, who they welcomed via a surrogate.

The lovers were reported to have felled in love in London in the 90s and got married in 1997. They welcomed their first child, Elliot, together in 1998.

Their relationship hit the rock in 1999, when De Niro filed for divorce. And this led to a bitter feud, one which saw the duo fighting for the custody of their son. However, they eventually mended fences and reignited their romance before the divorce papers would get signed.

De Niro and Hightower, renewed their vows in 2004 in New York State, and seven years after they welcomed their daughter, Helen via surrogate.
